Dorian serves as Director and Domain Product Owner Identity & Authentication Platforms at Schwarz Digits IT KG. He is responsible for the IAM strategy, architecture, and operations for the entire workforce of Schwarz; managing and securing over 850.000 identities and 5 million accounts. Currently, Dorian is driving the global security initiatives at Schwarz, specifically leading the transition towards a sovereign, identity-first and passwordless transformation. Previously, he worked as an IT Specialist and Consultant for IBM Security, specializing in Identity Management solutions across Europe.
