Sachin Mamoru is a Kim Cameron Award 2025 recipient, recognized for his contributions to the digital identity community. He is an Associate Technical Lead at Gapstars and a Software Engineer at OKRA.ai, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), event-driven security architectures, and Zero Trust identity systems. His work focuses on designing secure, scalable identity platforms with an emphasis on real-time security signals, interoperability, and standards-based architectures.
Previously, Sachin worked as a Senior Software Engineer at WSO2, contributing to enterprise IAM systems including secure authentication flows, webhook-based eventing, performance engineering, and multi-tenant identity platforms. His experience spans cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, and security-critical identity infrastructure.
Sachin holds an MSc in Advanced Software Engineering and an MBA, and he has authored multiple peer-reviewed research publications in the areas of software engineering and intelligent systems. He also serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka; where he teaches Business Intelligence and Analytics and supervises undergraduate research projects.
At EIC 2026, Sachin presents on implementing the Shared Signals Framework (SSF) and Continuous Access Evaluation Profile (CAEP) to enable continuous trust and Zero Trust identity in modern enterprise environments.
