Johann is a Director of Solutions Architecture at WSO2 and currently heads Solutions Architecture for IAM.
His primary responsibility is to enable WSO2's regional sales teams and partners to build and deploy successful IAM solutions. He is also an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME), where he continues to work with customers on solving their IAM problems. He was previously the product lead for WSO2 Identity Server, where he was responsible for the product’s roadmap and architecture.
Johann has been a speaker at many international conferences including Gartner IAM, IDM, API Days, and WSO2Con. He has also conducted several webinars and workshops for WSO2’s customers, partners, and communities around the world.
Johann holds an MSc (Distinction) in Advanced Software Engineering from the University of Westminster, London, and a BSc (First Class Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering, from the University of Moratuwa. He has also delivered guest lectures at the University of Moratuwa.
In his spare time, Johann enjoys traveling to new countries, trying new cuisine, watching movies, listening to music, playing the guitar and drums, and reading literature on emerging technologies in enterprise software.
