Jannik Schumann is a Security Executive with extensive experience in the field of Information Security Management Systems. Building Trade Republics 1st and 2nd line of defense, Jannik focused on a business first approach enabling and supporting the 10x growth. Before joining Trade Republic Bank, Jannik was a security consultant within Accenture covering GRC and Security strategy consultancy. Prior to that, he worked as a Security & Innovation Manager and Software Engineer at Atos. He started his career pursuing dual studies within Siemens in the area of IT Engineering and Business Administration, holding a Master’s degree in International Business & Management.
Jannik has received several awards and recognitions and is a speaker at international conferences dedicated to digitalization, zero trust environments and company’s security culture.
