Marc Van Coillie is member of IEEE LTSC (Learning Technologies Sub Committee), expert for the CEN/ISSS WS/LT (Workshop on Learning Technologies) and leader of the HR-XML Europass CV Interoperability Working Group of the HR-XML consortium.
