Gerauld is the Head of Digital Customer Lifecycle Management for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Division of ABS-CBN Corporation, the Philippines’ largest media conglomerate. He leads the enterprise customer identity and access management strategy and key digital transformation projects to personalize experiences through data-driven digital solutions.
Currently based in Manila, Gerauld believes that digital transformation is an opportunity for solving problems and challenges in a more socially inclusive scale and accessibility for Filipinos through human-centered digital solutions
