Felix Reichel

Over more than 25 years with Bayer, Felix has gained a broad experience in different IT-leadership roles. Starting as a researcher for Computational Drug Design he moved to the enterprise IT and headed IT departments for Research, Marketing, Workplaces, employee portals and major strategic and complex programs. Currently he is leading the “Bayer Connected Program” which is a Key Project on Bayer’s Digital Agenda and will focus on the implementation of cross divisional CIAM processes and platforms.
