Marco Hoelzer is a Senior Manager within Integrated Business Solutions unit at Henkel AG & CO. KGaA. Marco is process owner  for Service Request Management, HW & SW Asset Management and for Identity & Access Management and accountable for the steeringof the strategic-, tactical- and operational management of these processes within IT Delivery.   In Identity- & Access management his current focus is on a the complete redesign of the processes, underlying application architecture and the governance organisatio with the target to simplify and automate the processes end to end incl. HR and other Henkel units.
