Anja Lehmann is a professor for cryptography at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute (HPI) at the University of Potsdam. One of her main research areas is privacy-preserving authentication through zero-knowledge proofs. Before joining HPI in 2020, she was a researcher at IBM Research – Zurich, where she worked on anonymous credential systems such as IBM’s Identity Mixer. She is currently also working with the German EUDI team at SPRIND to integrate anonymous credentials into the EUDI wallet.
