NIFIS - Nationale Initiative für Internet-Sicherheit

The society NIFIS e.v, the Nationale Initiative für Informations- und Internet-Sicherheit, is an organisation to help it's members to mitigate the risks of information technology. Together with it's members, NIFIS develops concepts and pragmatic approaches on how to secure the company. To faciliate this, NIFIS organises several working groups to focus on certain aspects of information security such as

• data security/data privacy
• security in data centers
• adaption of ISO27001 and related security certifications
• identity management
• business continuity
