Sebastian Hampel

Sebastian Hampel is ​​​a Senior Product Owner within the Product & Technology division at congstar GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, based in Cologne, Germany. With over 15 years of experience in digital and telecommunications environments – including roles at Electronic Arts, Vodafone and congstar – he brings extensive expertise in product ownership and agile software development in large organizations.

At congstar, he leads the company’s central Single Sign-On (SSO) platform across all brands and a core eCommerce platform. His work bridges business initiatives and technical execution, shaping complex business and product challenges into customer-centric outcomes through secure and seamless digital experiences. He applies this approach in close collaboration with his development teams, leveraging emerging technologies to continuously enhance digital products.
