Michael Synowczik

Michael has been leading the Identity Management function at LANXESS since March 2023. Prior to this role, he spent seven years at LANXESS in various positions, with a strong focus on Group Compliance Management. Before joining LANXESS, Michael gained six years of experience in the consulting industry. A key focus of his current role is the implementation of a new Identity Management solution, which represents the department’s most significant challenge today.
