Massimo Flore

Massimo Flore is a strategic analyst working at the intersection of digital trust, AI governance, and democratic resilience. He contributed to the European Commission’s work on disinformation and hybrid threats and previously collaborated with NATO, the United Nations, and UNESCO on democracy support initiatives. His current research focuses on how artificial intelligence and identity architectures reshape decision environments and and the conditions of institutional legitimacy. He is the author of the forthcoming book The Post-Disinformation Era, which analyzes how evolving information systems transform collective decision-making and the stability of shared epistemic frameworks.
