Carsten Rosche

Carsten Rosche is computer scientist and is currently working as a desk officer at the Federal Ministry of the Interior. Since 2008 he has been part of several projects fostering the digital transformation of the public sector. He also was responsible for the first open data law on federal level. Since 2021 Carsten is working on Digital Identities. In December 2024 he became project lead for the German EUDI Wallet project. Before working for the Federal Ministry, Carsten was employed at the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft.
