John Horn

John joined KuppingerCole Analysts AG as a Fellow Analyst in January 2026. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis from Miami (Ohio) University.  With 30 years serving financial services, leading CIAM and identity strategy at Fiserv for 14 years, serving as founder of Fiserv's SecureNow product line for 9 years, and advising identity and cybersecurity strategy for financial institutions and insurance carriers for the past 4 years, he is a recognized thought leader on identity frameworks, CIAM, identity as business enabler, identity within API security, and modern workforce identity.
