Stef Haartman is managing Gen’s participation in the EWC eIDAS Large Scale pilot project. Gen is a Cybersecurity multinational striving for digital freedom around the world, actively contributing to the launch of the European Digital Identity wallet, soon to be used by EU citizens and consumers. This wallet will allow you to securely and privately store, manage and share your digital credentials ranging from identity documents and bank cards to airline and festival tickets. More importantly, this wallet will boost your confidence when navigating the internet allowing you to take full advantage of the endless possibilities in our digital lives. It will create a new and highly trusted customer endpoint for businesses and public organizations. With nearly 10 years of experience in digitization of passports and traveler flow facilitation I look forward to presenting you the EWC project and our ambition to bring the EUDI wallet alive in the context of travel and payments, two exciting high volume and high frequency use cases.
