Leandro Rometsch

Leandro studied Computer Science with a focus on IT Security and is currently pursuing a PhD with the Chair of Implementation Security at Darmstadt Technical University. His primary research interests are applied cryptography, secure multi-party computation, and side-channel analysis. Previously he worked as a Software Developer, engaging in the development of cryptographic primitives and Ethereum layer-2 scaling solutions. Leandro also is a member of KPMG Germany's Regulatory & Compliance Financial Services team, where he advises on cryptography, digital assets compliance, and blockchain forensics.
