David Black

Over 30 years IT experience in both the private and public sectors. David has provided thought leadership, delivered, designed and assured a number of high profile, high volume identity-related solutions for the UK Government and law enforcement agencies since 2003.

David was a key member of the GOV.UK Verify program and its predecessor since 2012; he defined and managed the Identity Provider selection, assurance and on-boarding processes. David has also product managed key components critical to the programme’s successful delivery.
