Stephan Gerhager joined Allianz Deutschland AG in 2012 as Chief Information Security Officer. Stephan has gained over 15 years of experience in information security, having served in various leadership positions with AUDI AG, E.ON Energie AG and now Allianz Deutschland AG. Besides his CISO roles Stephan was actively driving some research topics and has published research findings on cyber threats on the future Smart Grid in 2012. Since 2013 till present time, he carries out research projects on cyber threats of modern cars. Stephan earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Landshut.
