Dr. Marten Voulon

Lawyer with 12 years experience, specialized in identity management. Marten Voulon (1974) started his legal career as a researcher at the Computer/Law Institute in Amsterdam in 2000. From 2005 until 2011 he worked as an IT-lawyer in The Hague. Since October 2011, Marten serves as legal counsel for ING Insurance, Central & Rest of Europe, specializing in IT-law. Since 2005, Marten is a lecturer and researcher at eLaw@Leiden, Centre for Law in the Information Society of the University of Leiden. In 2010, Marten successfully defended his dissertation on electronic and automated contract formation.
