Stuart Boardman Director

KPN

Stuart Boardman is an enterprise architect and part time security requirements analyst with more than 25 years of knowing that nothing is ever certain – especially in the world of IT. So he focuses on how we can best arm ourselves to deal with this uncertainty and not merely survive but prosper.

Stuart is co-chair of The Open Group’s “Open Platform 3.0” Forum, which is developing guidance and standards for organizations seeking to gain advantage from technologies including Cloud, Internet of Things, Mobile, Social and Big Data – and in particular for cases where several of these technologies are in play in a single business scenario. Before that he was active in the Cloud Work Group and was leader of that work group’s Security project.

At KPN Consulting in The Netherlands he leads the enterprise architecture practice and delivers advice services to customers. He is also responsible for the security requirements and architecture of a major new KPN market proposition.
