Bavo De Ridder

Bavo is an architect with a special interest for identity management, enterprise architecture and information security. In these subject fields he is currently working on identity relationship modeling, authorization architectures and defining criteria for resilient architectures.

Bavo has worked as a senior consultant in the field of architecture and identity management for the Belgian Novell office. Next he joined Ascure, as information risk management consultant, where he managed the Identity & Access Management group. Early in 2009, Bavo founded "De Ridder Consulting", a company specializing in consultancy in the fields of enterprise architecture, information security and identity management.

Bavo grew up and lives in Belgium. He attended college at the Catholic University of Leuven. After attaining his masters degree in computer science he continued as a research assistant for the department of computer science where he specialised in object oriented modeling.
