Grit Karg leads the German Legal Team of Doctolib GmbH in Berlin and drives the legal compliance of Doctolib’s global commercial activities as Head of Business Transactions.
Grit joined Doctolib GmbH as Inhouse Legal Counsel in Summer 2019 to build the German legal team of Doctolib and to ensure compliance of Doctolib’s services with privacy and healthcare-specific requirements in Germany.
Grit has specialized in data privacy, compliance and cross-border commercial law for more than 15 years. She is admitted as fully qualified lawyer in Frankfurt (Germany) and Paris (France). Grit created the data privacy and compliance department of Rödl & Partner in Paris, a worldwide established firm of attorneys, tax advisers, management and IT consultants. Before, Grit focused on French-German business relations and advised international companies of different sectors on product compliance and security, distribution of products and services, competition and commercial questions.
