Cyber Defense Matrix

The Cyber Defense Matrix is a simple mental model that helps explain the capabilities that are needed to build, manage, and operate a security program. The Matrix organizes technologies, skillsets, and processes to quickly discern what problems each capability can solve, what gaps exist, and what options are available to close those gaps. This workshop offers participants a chance to put the matrix to practice so that they can apply it to their own organization.
