Neil Gandhi Principal Product Manager Oracle Identity Management
- Drive product direction and business strategies for the Oracle Identity Analytics product and contribute to the overall strategy of the Oracle Identity Management suite
- Responsible for contributing to outbound marketing, including communication with customers, potentials and partners on product positioning, product feedback, win/loss analysis, product roadmaps and product demos
- Responsible for maintaining Oracle enterprise customer contacts and relationships across different verticals, escalating high priority issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with the Oracle Identity Analytics product
- Engaging customers across in specialty speaking engagements at user groups, customer advisory boards, conferences and product road shows
- Creating technical collateral such as whitepapers, presentations/scripts, podcasts, wikis and FAQs to support selling Oracle Identity Analytics
- Creating product demos and presentations and collaborate with Oracle Sales and Professional Services to create customized demonstrations for customers or potentials for Proof of Concepts
- Providing product and technical support for sales opportunities, including on-site customer visits when needed, to communicate product strategy and roadmaps
- Delivering technical training for SE/partner/technical support/services audiences as necessary for the Oracle Identity Analytics product
- Acting as the technical spokesperson for Oracle Identity Analytics at tradeshows, industry events, and conferences
- Critically analyzing new product and service offerings including competitive and market research, and financial analysis and forecasting
- Defining market-driven product requirements for each Oracle Identity Analytics release
- Performing beta product reviews and provide technical feedback to Oracle Engineering teams
- Direct product positioning, packaging, and pricing, beginning with requirements prioritization with Oracle Engineering teams, to updating Oracle website content with information on the latest release
- Developing in-depth technical analysis of competitor feature/functions and competitive positioning
