Berthold Kerl joined Deutsche Bank in 2002. As global head of Access Systems he delivered together with his global team IT solutions and services for Deutsche Banks multi national Trade and Cash Management clients. He also had responsibility for various strategic initiatives such as IT strategy, organisational restructuring and post merger integration.

Since 2006 he is in charge to drive the Governance of Identity and Access Management within Deutsche Bank.
