Multi-Factor, Passwordless, Frictionless

Wednesday, May 11, 2022 14:30—18:30
Location: B05

Passwords are bad for business because they are easily stolen or forgotten, leading to 80% of breaches, 30% of shopping cart abandonment, and costly help desk password resets. Once passwords are compromised, attackers can use them to access corporate IT systems and data undetected and without restraint, so tackling this issue should be high on every security agenda.

This track is dedicated to examining ways of reducing security risks around user credentials, mainly through multifactor authentication and even eliminating passwords altogether. Join analysts and seasoned practitioners to discover how to improve user the experience and security at the same time to achieve authenticated access that is both frictionless and more secure.
