Cloud computing infrastructures enable companies to cut costs by outsourcing computations on-demand. However, clients of cloud computing services currently have no means of verifying the confidentiality and integrity of their data and computation. This interactive session will examine the barriers preventing the wide spread cloud computing adoption, as well as highlight major initiatives underway that are the solutions to trusted, cloud-based services.

Speakers will:

  • Provide their perspective on the identified cloud computing barriers
  • Discuss how each organization plans to address those fears (barriers)
  • Share any large scale implementation(s), whether public or private, based on your solutions (if applicable)
  • Recommend a way forward for trusted cloud-based services
