How do we get there from here? Charting a course into the future of IAM

There are serious challenges with our IAM environments. Year after year, we see identity-related attacks resulting in major breaches.

Technical baggage and assumptions from our past are holding us back. Zero Trust, rightly, advises us to verify trust again, and again. But, with current tools, this can be painful. To shore up weaker authentication systems, we sacrifice MFA user experience on the altar of security – mitigating newer attacks, but chipping away at workforce morale and productivity in the process. Passkeys are starting to help, but they're only the beginning; not the destination.  

We can do better. We must do better. The IAM paradigm is already starting to shift.
