Conference Agenda

The next wave of automation is on its way to profoundly change the way we interact with each other and with machines. Myriads of sensors, actors, robotic devices, autonomuous vehicles and smart buildings and cities are going to surround us. In tomorrow’s world, devices will contain not only asset information, but proactive decision and optimization algorithms to enable goal-oriented behaviours. Devices across different industries can be viewed as autonomous independent economic agents that cooperate according to market economy principles. A decentralized identity layer is needed to enable the trust between machines as they can authenticate each other, prove their capabilities and uphold a reputation. Secure, scalable and without any miners or fees, the open-source distributed ledger protocol IOTA enables this needed public layer of trust across industries and use-cases for the economy of tomorrow.
