Identity Fabrics: Trends & Challenges

TRACK
Wednesday, May 11, 2022 11:00—13:00
Location: B07-08

Managing Identities (Identity & Access Management, IAM) has become a core cybersecurity challenge on the one side, and a key element to providing your customers, partners and employees with what they need to interact in a productive way.

Identity Fabrics are a model for defining a comprehensive, holistic view on the organization’s IAM, covering all types of identities (beyond humans), and all types of identity and access related services. The model helps organizations in shaping their IAM strategy and defining their IAM architecture, as well as assessing their current portfolio of tools and creating a roadmap for IAM modernization. Identity Fabrics also define the architectural paradigms for solutions that power the Identity Fabric, and for proper implementation of such Identity Fabric and the involved services.

In this track we will look at the trends in IAM and how these affect the future IAM service infrastructure of your organization. It is all about the evolution of IAM from employee IAM towards a multi-cloud, multi-hybrid, multi-identity approach that delivers services to the future of a fully digital business.
