As organizations accelerate their digital transformation, they are becoming increasingly dependent on complex ecosystems of cloud providers, vendors, and critical technologies. These dependencies, often poorly mapped and governed, now represent a major source of systemic risk - impacting resilience, autonomy, and even strategic decision-making.

In a context of geopolitical tensions and technological concentration, the ability to understand, assess, and manage these dependencies is becoming a key differentiator. Yet most organizations still lack the frameworks and governance models to address them at the right level.

This workshop will explore how to move from implicit, unmanaged dependencies to a more strategic and controlled approach. It will draw on the white paper produced by the Forum InCyber Europe and CESIN (the French association of CISOs).
