While much of the conversation around Decentralized Identity and EUDI Wallets focuses on architecture, regulation, and implementation, one critical perspective is still missing: the user’s. Without real-world user adoption, even the best-designed solutions will fall short.
This 60-minute interactive workshop turns the spotlight onto the user journey. Moderated by KuppingerCole, the session invites open discussion and shared insights around key questions:
- Do users want one wallet—or many?
- What drives trust and adoption?
- Are privacy concerns a barrier or a driver?
- Which use cases (travel, healthcare, finance, etc.) matter most?
Participants will be encouraged to share their observations, research, and experiences. All input will be collected live and contribute to shaping a more user-centered vision of Decentralized Identity. If we want wallets to become as ubiquitous as email, we need to start thinking—and building—like users.
