After completing foundational phases such as application onboarding, provisioning, access certifications, and segregation of duties (SoD) management, we embarked on a new journey to extend our IGA platform.
Our clear goal was to empower users to manage their day-to-day operations—such as tracking requests and requesting access—in a guided, intuitive way using natural language.
