This session will highlight how the global Swedish manufacturer Husqvarna is integrating an existing IAM system to SAP Cloud Identity Service (CIS) and SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) including re-using their existing role and rights authorizations access request system and this is connected via SAP API’s to deliver a end-to-end user on-onboarding experience all the way through to SAP S4/HANA.
Furthermore, the session will dive into the challenges and solutions for on-boarding special use cases like warehouse and manufacturing workers, handheld devices, and how Husqvarna has simplified and secured this process utilizing eID services and the FIDO2 authentication method with smart card.
