Traditionally, their product portfolio was sent to customers as a large book, as known from well-known mail order companies. Soon, they switched to offering a yearly updated CD to send out, but… Alexander Lapp, Senior Manager Digitalization & e-Business had a different future in mind for the traditional manufacturing company: buzzwords such as “multi channel” and “customer journey” needed to be forged into a strategy for e-Business.
