Whether you are a cloud fan-boy/fan-girl or an on-premise die-hard: you probably are wrong. And you probably are right.

Consuming IAM Services from the cloud or running them on-premise has pros and cons. Maybe you are aware of them and took them into consideration already, maybe you are just really good at ignoring them, maybe you just got lucky so far.

This session will have look at some of the pros and cons from different angles and hopefully you will walk away reassured that you made the right choice... and to re-evaluate the path you didn't take.

One of the ways of looking at these types of challenges is to use game theory.

Game theory provides analytical tools that enable you to avoid making decisions purely on instinct or gut feeling. 

Sometimes the outcome may seem counterintuitive but that is exactly why using game theory is such a useful tool: it forces you to look at things from a different perspective.
