IAM, the Cloud, and GDPR - Why you will fail on GDPR without a strong IAM posture

GDPR is here, and it is here to stay. Beyond GDPR, there are plenty of regulations that mandate proper control of access to sensitive information, from authentication to managing and governing access controls, to understanding which information has been actually accessed and used by whom. While there are various technologies involved in GDPR enforcement such as Privacy & Consent Management or Data Governance, IAM takes a central role in implementing and enforcing a proper approach.

This workshop will map GDPR clauses to other regulations and all these to IAM capabilities and technologies, and explain which technologies help most in improving the level of GDPR compliance.
