Infusing identity into so many services and experiences has taught us that delivering “security and experience” for an individual are just the starting point. Questions of respect, propriety, and ethics in digital services have affected whole populations and industries in dramatic fashion. What expectations should we have about answering these questions with technology itself? In this session we’ll look at the trajectory of these essential questions and identify where technology may have a truly meaningful role.
