This session will highlight how we rationalize or perceive data-privacy, why we care and actually don't, and what we expect from companies when it comes to our own data. We will explore and explain how understanding individuals’ expectation about privacy, and the principle of behavioral economics will have an enormous impact on how companies conduct business today and more importantly, in the future.
Open Banking was created to have a positive impact on customer lifestyles through improved access to products and services. In order to provide unique experiences to customers, authentication and consent methods should be more than a simple security mechanism. They should be implemented with customer experiences in mind. Customers should be able to feel confident about the use of their data with no compromise to user experience. |
