Following a strategy of concentration on core competencies Premiere off-loads numerous services to external parties. The task to organize and maintain their employees' electronic IDs in Premiere business systems, their roles and their access to the systems called for an in-depth analysis of the organisation's needs in IAM. Its results led Premiere to the decision for an IAM system. Laying the basis by implementation of the system infra-structure will be followed by the rollout of ID management with an initial pi-lot installation, leading step-by-step into consolidated IAM. An iterative ap-proach shall ensure both manageable projects and achieving the overall goal.
