Speaker entitlements
If you are selected as a speaker, you will receive a complimentary conference registration. This registration covers the whole
conference, including all workshops and all pre-conference sessions. Should your organization
prohibit you from accepting a complimentary pass, please inform us.
Speaker preparation materials
As a confirmed conference speaker, you will be added to our speakers’ mailing list and receive all the information you need to
prepare and attend via email. To support European data law (GDPR), we’d like to inform you of how we process and use this
personal data. You can find our Privacy Policy on our website.
Submitting your presentation
Final presentations are to be submitted in PDF or PPT format and will be made available to event attendees via download. If you
don’t want your presentation to be made available to attendees, let us know when submitting the presentation for review.
Level of presentation depth
Introductory:
Session aimed at newcomers to the field, covering basic concepts, fundamental principles, and introductory overviews
Intermediate:
Presentation for attendees with some experience, offering deeper dives into specific topics, practical applications, and case studies
Advanced:
Highly technical session designed for experts, focusing on in-depth analysis, complex problem-solving, advanced techniques, and the latest research
