As one of the largest telco players in the Nordics we see a lot of opportunities and risks with AI. AI and advanced analytics offer the opportunity for increased efficiency, shared value creation and growth to societies, and even has the potential to help solve global challenges. However, trust is a prerequisite for fully harvesting the AI benefits for all stakeholders. It is of utmost importance that every player that deploys AI is transparent and accountable and acts responsible in all aspects. In Telia Company, we label this as Trusted AI ethics and in this presentation I will share our journey and some learnings we have so far.
