Identity Relations in the Wild: DID and SSI

Innovation Talk
Monday, May 14, 2018 20:20—20:30

During the work on the 'Design Principles of Identity Relationship Management', the former Kantara Workgroup analyzed several systems already 'in the wild' which deal with Identity Relations in some way. While we already had 'blockchain' as one of them in the list, the specific usage of DID and SSI was not taken into account specifically.

The session will investigate if and how today's (and some future proposed) solutions in the SSI and DDI (aka identity on the blockchain) space do map to the IRM Principles (Provable, Constrainable, Mutable, Revocable, Delegable, Scalable and most important their interfaces to relationship management functionalities).
