Combined Session
Thursday, May 17, 2018 12:00—13:00
Location: ALPSEE

The digital identity space has evolved and there is now growing importance of identity and user authentication. Mobile Connect is a portfolio of mobile-based secure identity services driven by mobile operators around the globe. It offers a wide range of digital identity possibilities and allows the industry to explore and expand the opportunities of the digital market. It enables consumers to register and log in to websites and apps. In addition, it also allows the user to authorise transactions whilst sharing only the data needed to verify those attributes required completing the transaction.

By leveraging a global API, Mobile Connect will allow operators to tap onto other operators’ users base and sell their own data equity to other operators and service providers internationally. It unlocks a large variety of revenue streams.
Authentication: The Mobile Connect Authentication products offer a simple, safe log-in mechanism for the user without the need for passwords or username
Authorisation: Mobile Connect Authorisation products allow end users to authenticate as well as authorise requests from service providers directly from their mobile phone.
Identity: The Mobile Connect Identity products enable end users to engage with digital services quickly and efficiently, share data when they want to, and assert their identity where required
Attributes: The Mobile Connect Attributes products utilise device and network information for ID verification and fraud prevention.
