Thorsten Niebuhr

Thorsten has more than 20 years’ experience within the field of Directory Technologies, Identity Management and Data Privacy. As a technical trainer, consultant and developer he co-developed one of the first Identity Management Solutions which was fully driven by Entity-Relationship functionality.
He holds several technical vendor certifications and is a member of the two most important Data Privacy Associations in Germany. Thorsten is also contributing to current technical Working Groups driven by the Kantara Initiative.
Since he founded WedaCon Informationstechnologien GmbH in 2001, Thorsten and his team of outstanding IAM-Specialists are dedicated to Identity and Access Management. During the past few years, they are focusing their work on the development and potential of semantics and ontologies within the scope of IAM, to build truly Smart Entity Relationship Management-Systems.
