Thank you for your interest to become a speaker at EIC 2013. As a speaker, you play a vital role in the educational, innovational and communicational objectives for the conference. EIC 2013 Agenda and Session Formats

Agenda Format

Like in previous years, EIC will consist of 4 parallel session streams. Each session is 1 hr and consists of 1-3 slots covering the session topic. A slot can be an individual presentation, an interview or a panel discussion with 3-5 panelists. Panels are moderated by KuppingerCole analysts. There are furthermore some keynote sessions available through this call. Keynotes have 30 minutes.

European Identity Conference is renown for it´s great choice of in-depth educational offerings. Within this call, you can propose:

  • a panel discussion
  • an interactive, workshop-type session 
  • a single presentation
  • a keynote

If your company is providing solutions and/or services in markets which are covered by the topics of this conference, then we will consider your proposals for panel discussions, not for single presentations.

December 10th, 2012 1st wave of speaker notifications sent

December 17th, 2012 Draft Agenda published

April 1st, 2013 call for speakers is closed

April 10th, 2013 final speaker notifications sent

April 14th, 2013 Webmeeting with all speakers

April 21st, 2013 Final Presentations begin to be transmitted

May 6th, 2013 Final Presentations deadline

May 14, 2013 EIC 2013 begins

Speaker Entitlements

In exchange for your contribution, speakers who are selected to deliver a conference session will  receive a complimentary conference registration valued at 2,695 €. As a speaker, you do not need to register. If receiving a speaker notification, you will be automatically registered for the whole conference.

Speakers must deliver their session at the conference to be eligible for the complimentary registration. This complimentary registration is given to the speaker and not aligned with the session. It covers the whole conference, including all workshops and all pre- and post conference sessions.

Submitting your Presentation

Final presentations are to be submitted in PDF format and will be made available for conference attendees via download. If you don´t want your presentation to be generally available to attendees, you will have an option to restrict it from download when you submit the presentation for review.

You must have the 4 digit number for your session to make sure the presentation is uploaded properly. That number is contained in your speaker notification mail. If you don´t have the 4 digit number, please send a note to to request the session number.
