Dr. Olaf Reinhold is a project manager and Board Member of the Social CRM Research Center e.V. in Leipzig. His research interests are CRM, with a special focus on social media, community management, CRM technology, and Social CRM analytics. He is also co-chair of the iCRM workshop series and organizer of the annual Social CRM conference in Brazil. Furthermore is Dr. Olaf Reinhold the co-author of the book: “Social Customer Relationship Management. Fundamentals, Applications, Technologies” – published in German and English language.
