AImpact Summit 2019 Registration
AImpact Summit held on November 27 – 28, 2019 in Munich, offers the unique opportunity to get deep insight on the hottest topics of Artificial Intelligence, network with likeminded people, connect with peers who recognize that now is the time for AI, meet the people changing the perspectives and transforming the way we do business today. As AI increasingly permeates every aspect of our life, knowing how to apply the cutting-edge technology to one’s competitive advantage or how to avoid risks and threats become vastly important.

The indicated fees are per person (plus VAT 19%) and include documentation, confirmation of participation, lunch and drinks. After receipt of your registration, we will send you the confirmation of participation and an invoice.
Payment of the attendance fee is due on receipt of the invoice. Payment for all other services invoiced by KC is due in seven working days. Invoices are payable strictly net.
If you sign in for more than one person from your company at the same time, we grant a 10% reduction of the participation fee to the second participant. In case of three or more registrations, the fee for the third and all further participants is reduced by 15%. Should you wish to register 5 or more persons, we offer a reduction of 25%, should you want to register 10 or more persons, we offer a reduction of 33%.
To qualify for team discounts, all team members attending the conference must be employed by the same organization and all registrations must be submitted within a single booking.
There will be no fees for cancellations up to 30 days before the beginning of the event. For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the conference, we will charge an administration fee of 50% of the participation fee. 80% of the attendance fee will be payable from the 13th day before the commencement of the conference or in a case of non-attendance. In any event, the client shall be entitled to demonstrate that a lesser or no damage at all was caused by the cancellation or non-attendance, in which case only the lesser or no amount is due to be paid. Also, we shall accept a replacement participant at any time, at no extra charge. The cancellation must be in writing.
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Please note there will be a € 50 processing fee for any substitution.
