In addition to project management experience in a wide variety of national and international projects, his special focus lies in the analysis, development and introduction of new technologies for the range of services in the Internet online mass market.

Along with actual product development, Michael Gärtner also contributes to the subject of identity management for the online mass market by giving lectures at national and international conferences, as well as those organized within the Deutsche Telekom Group, by introducing new and innovative approaches to product development and marketing.
